This now popular over 55 adult living community was established in 2006. The builder needed an identity and handout package for prospective residents. We had worked with this builder a number of times before, knew their expectations and the pace that such projects need to have to quickly prepare for sales. Named after a well-known local entrepreneur, Carmen Romano Apartments has a classic, solid presentability, and we wanted our identity and collateral to carry that look and feel as well. The logo, with its old-school emblem feel, had to represent the established presentation that the property immediately brings to mind. And the collateral package, complete with floor plans, property amenities and local living conveniences, has a comprehensive feel that offers resident prospects a feeling of stability and cohesiveness that they require at this stage of their lives.
