Comprehensive Branding & MARKETING Campaign
Riley's Furniture, a well-established family-owned business (yes, I'm related!), sought to refresh its brand and elevate its market presence in a highly competitive industry. To achieve this, I developed a comprehensive branding and marketing campaign that would resonate with both new and existing customers while reinforcing the company’s reputation for quality and customer service.
My work began with a complete brand refresh, including a modernized logo and updated visual identity that reflects Riley's Furniture's commitment to style, comfort, and durability. This new branding was applied consistently across all touchpoints, from in-store signage and product tags to digital assets and advertising materials, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
The campaign also included the design and execution of targeted print and digital advertising, designed to showcase Riley's Furniture’s wide range of products and attract a broader audience. I developed visually compelling ads for newspapers, magazines, and online platforms, each tailored to highlight key product offerings and seasonal promotions. Additionally, we launched a series of social media campaigns aimed at driving traffic to the store and increasing brand awareness within the community.

Understanding the importance of a strong online presence, I also collaborated with Riley's to enhance their website content and user experience. This included creating engaging product descriptions, optimizing the site for search engines, and integrating new features that made it easier for customers to explore and purchase products online.
Through strategic planning, creative design, and close collaboration with the Riley's Furniture team, I successfully revitalized the brand and strengthened its position in the market. The comprehensive marketing campaign not only increased foot traffic and sales but also solidified Riley's Furniture as a trusted name in home furnishings.
